Project Description:
A full brand identity and packaging system for Ubuntu Cold Brew, an ethically sourced nitro cold brew startup built around community, transparency, and artistry; spanning brand strategy, visual identity, and can packaging. Founder Luke Ciesla later pitched the brand at the MSU Big Idea Challenge, earning second place in Agriculture and Food Innovation among a record 66 applicants.
Project Concept:
Ubuntu Cold Brew sits at the intersection of premium product and social purpose. The packaging system was designed as an open canvas,a flexible framework for rotating artwork from artists in coffee-growing regions. The artwork is the work of those artists; my role was designing the system that showcases it. Communicating affordable luxury while honoring the farmers and artists behind each can.
